After a two month delay, Project Runway All Stars (7 p.m., Lifetime) debuts and hits the ground running.

As is obvious from the title, this season features contestants who have all appeared on the show in the past, but none of the winners. There are people you love and people you love to hate.

Anthony Williams, April Johnson, Austin Scarlett, Eliza Jimenez, Gordana Gehihausen, Jerell Scott, Kara Janx, Kenley Colllins, Michael Costello, Mia Hermanovski, Mondo Guerra, Rami Kashou and Sweet P are back to design and create drama again.

The weird thing about "Project Runway" is that even if you know absolutely nothing about fashion, this show is addicting.
