Starting Monday, Jan. 23, Martine in downtown Salt Lake City will be open on Monday nights for dinner. The new evening hours are Monday-Saturday 5 to 10 p.m.
The downtown restaurant continues to offer its three-course prix fix meal for $30 a person. Valet parking available.
Martine also is open for lunch Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
