Final: Utah Jazz fall 94-91 to Dallas Mavericks

Shawn Marion scored 22 points and reigning NBA champion Dallas snapped a two-game losing streak with a xx-xx victory over the Jazz on Thursday night at EnergySolutions Arena.

The First: Mavs 25, Jazz 22

The Jazz take a 6-2 lead but go over five minutes without a field goal. The Mavs grab the momentum with an 11-0 run, but Al Jefferson (10 points) keeps Utah close.

The Second: Mavs 59, Jazz 50

Long-time Jazz nemesis Lamar Odom scores five quick points and Dallas leads, 34-26. After Utah rallies within one, the Mavericks convert eight straight possessions.

The Third: Jazz 71, Mavs 71

Dallas owns a 65-54 lead. The Jazz make nine straight defensive stops. Ian Mahinmi stops a 10-0 run with a 17-footer and Utah scores two points in the final 2:22.

The fourth: Mavs 94, Jazz 91

C.J. Miles' dunk gives the Jazz a 75-72 lead, but the Mavs score seven straight points. It's 87-87 when Utah leaves Jason Terry open for a three-pointer with 2:20 left.
