Jazz forward Josh Howard, who has missed four games because of a quad strain, returned to practice Monday morning.Howard still calls himself "day-to-day" but, barring at setbacks, he will likely play Wednesday against Toronto at EnergySolutions Arena."I feel a lot better," Howard said. "I'll get out here and do a little bit more practicing and see how it goes. ... I think I'll be O.K. That's the good thing about being a vet. You know how to recuperate and get back out there and do the things I was doing before."The Jazz are currently in the middle of a three-day break between Saturday night's 108-98 win over Minnesota and their game against the Raptors. It is their first and only three-day break during the abbreviated 66-game season.Starting with the Raptors, the Jazz will play six games in nine nights and nine games in 14 nights. Steve Luhm
