Regarded as one of the greatest examples of English children's literature after Lewis Carroll's Alice books, Frances Hodgson Burnett's The Secret Garden has it all: a charming and curious girl ignored by her wealthy parents, secret relatives and metaphors aplenty amid the solitude of plant life.
Utah Valley University presents the show in "story theater" style, adapted for a "tennis court" stage that gives the audience a view from all sides. Directed by UVU assistant theater professor John Newman, it features Heather Ashton as Mary Lennox and Jordan Kramer as Colin Craven.
