Savor the skills of top culinary students

The Savory Palate, a student-run restaurant at The Arts Institute of Salt Lake City in Draper, is serving dinner to the public every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Advanced culinary students prepare and serve a set, six-course dinner menu that changes weekly. Cost is $17.95 per person.

The restaurant is on the second floor of the Art Institute's Draper campus, 121 W. Election Road. Call 801-601-4769 to make a required reservation. Cash and credit cards are accepted, no checks.
