Gustavo Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic received a Grammy in the Best Orchestral Performance category for their recording of Brahms' Symphony No. 4.

Recorded live at Walt Disney Concert Hall last summer and released as a digital-only recording, this Grammy is Gustavo Dudamel's first.

The popular conductor and ensemble have traveled to Caracas, Venezuela and will be joined by the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela, combined with multiple choirs and soloists in Mahler's 8th, "Symphony of a Thousand."

This special performance will be broadcast live in movie theaters across North America (including some in Utah) on Saturday, March 18. Click here for more information about this event: http://www.fathomevents.com/upcoming/locations/84102/02/18/2012/PerformingArts/event/laphil_mahler.aspx
