Michelle Pouffe scored 14 points and Utah overcame a miserable start to grab a 29-20 halftime lead over Oregon in a Pac 12 women's basketball game Saturday at the Huntsman Center.

The Utes missed 11 of their first 13 shots and trailed, 18-10. They countered with a 15-0 run, however, over the next five minutes.

Plouffe, a sophomore forward, scored five points during the dominating stretch, while Taryn Wicijowski added four.

Amanda Johnson scored nine points for the Ducks, who managed only two points over the final 10 minutes.
