I spent the weekend planting peas, onions, spinach and radishes. These are ideal for early spring time planting along the Wasatch Front because they can handle a fair amount of cold weather. Not sure when to plant your favorite vegetables? Go HERE for a spring time planting guide from Utah State University Cooperative Extension, which can help you figure out when to plant each variety. Thanks Shawn!
