This week on "Downward Dog" (7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4), Nan meets someone (guest star Timothy Odmundson) who seems like the kind of guy she'd like to date. He's successful, secure and his dog is really well behaved.

Martin, however, doesn't know what to make of that really well-behaved dog. And his insecurities come out. Because he's a needy dog. Like most dogs. At least dogs at my house.
