The new season of Dancing with the Stars (7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4) begins tonight, and there's already been quite a bit of complaining from fans.

There just aren't many actual stars, they're whining.

I'm not disagreeing with them. But, really, you could make that complaint about any of the 13 previous seasons of the show.

Here's a list of the "stars" and their professional dancing partners:

• Gavin DeGraw and Karina Smirnoff

• Donald Driver and Peta Murgatroyd

• Roshon Fegan and Chelsie Hightower

• Melissa Gilbert and Maksim Chmerkovskiy

• Katherine Jenkins and Mark Ballas

• Gladys Knight and Tristan MacManus

• William Levy and Cheryl Burke

• Maria Menounos and Derek Hough

• Martina Navratilova and Tony Dovolani,

• Sherri Shepherd and Val Chmerkovskiy

• Jack Wagner and Anna Trebunskaya

• Jaleel White and Kym Johnson

The couples will dance the foxtrot or the cha cha in the season premiere.
