Springville police are asking for the public's help to find the victims of a man who was groping women in the local Walmart store.

Scott Andrew Halliday, 29, was arrested after police received reports he had grabbed a woman between the legs at Walmart after following her through the store for several minutes on Sunday.

Halliday also grabbed the buttocks of an unidentified woman as she was shopping.

Police retrieved video footage of both sexual assaults and also of Halliday's car.

Halliday was identified when he was seen on video footage as he entered the Springville City Court on unrelated, previous charges. He lives in Springfield, Mo., and had recently returned to Utah for the court appearance.

He was booked into the Utah County jail on suspicion of forcible sexual abuse and driving with a suspended driver license.

Detective Jeff Ellsworth of Springville Police Department is asking for help in locating the second victim and any others who may have been assaulted. The second victim is described as a younger woman who was shopping for baby food. The victim left in what appears to be a white Chevy Traverse. Both assaults took place on Sunday, March 11 at around 4 p.m.

Ellsworth said he believes there may be other victims as well who have not come forward. He is asking any other victims to contact police where the offense took place. Anyone with information can contact Ellsworth at 801-491-5503.
