It's the traditional makeover episode of The Biggest Loser (7 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5), only there's a major twist this season.

In addition to the makeover, the contestants head to the White House to meet first lady Michelle Obama and take part in the show's first-ever White House workout.

Pretty cool.

The first lady talks to the contestants about how adult behavior impacts kid behavior; congratulates the contestants on being good examples of health and fitness; and visits with each player and their family members. Then it's time for the workout, and Mrs. Obama joins in.
