Unified police Tuesday arrested a 34-year-old man whom they said robbed a dry cleaner over the weekend.

Police said they received tips about the robber's identity, and a Riverton man surrendered to detectives Tuesday. The man was arrested on suspicion of robbery, police said.

Authorities allege the man on Saturday night reached through the drive-thru window at the dry cleaner at 2945 E. 3300 South, stole the cash register, then ran away.

A store clerk chased him, and the man dropped the cash register.

Police released surveillance footage of the man.
