Here are some of the top high school sports performances from last week:

• Boys' soccer - Taylor Fankhauser, Brighton: A four-year contributor and three-year starter for the top-ranked Bengals, forward Fankhauser had one of his best, and most magnanimous, performances last week. In a 3-1 win over Jordan on Wednesday, the BYU commit recorded three assists, including one to his younger brother, Seth. Fankhauser is the leading scorer for the 7-1 Bengals, with five goals.

• Baseball - Zac Fuller, Davis: The senior infielder had a tremendous week, earning a win in a 26-0 thrashing of Northridge and allowing only two hits in the game. He also knocked two balls out of the park during the series, now leading the Darts with three home runs for the year. Davis is now 9-1 and looks like a strong bet to win the division.

• Softball - Maddie Cushing, Taylorsville: The junior second baseman isn't the Warriors' hardest hitter, but she certainly is one of the most consistent. She did some damage last week with a 3-for-4 game against Granger, followed by a 2-for-2 day against Kearns. With Cushing leading the team's hot bats, Taylorsville is now 2-0 in region play.
