An ex-con apparently couldn't contain his sexual desires for a minute longer, leading to a rather awkward encounter in his brother's driveway.

Weber County Sheriff's deputies said they were called Saturday to a man's home near 5000 South and 3500 West because he noticed a vehicle in his driveway he didn't recognize and he could "hear" people outside.

When deputies arrived, they said they found a man and woman having sex inside the vehicle.

Deputies said it turned out the man inside the vehicle was the homeowner's brother, who had just been released from prison after 20 years.

Officials said the ex-con and the woman did not have permission to be on the property, were given trespass notices and told to leave.
