The Women Tech Council will present its Spring Networking Event on Thursday featuring an interactive conversation with Disney technology professionals Amber Samdahl and Scott Rench.
"Technology and Magic" also will include a networking lunch, and Samdahl and Rench will talk about media and entertainment technology trends, including how technology is used to make magic in Disney's theme parks.
Cost of the event, which runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., is $35 for members and $45 for nonmembers.
It will be staged on the 18th floor of the Zions Bank Tower at One South Main in Salt Lake City.
