A 6-year-old South Jordan boy died Wednesday at a hospital after being found unconscious in a bathtub the night before.

On Tuesday, police officers went to a home on the 11000 South block of Indigo Sky Way (4255 West) in Daybreak on a report of a possible bathtub drowning.

Harry Koller died Wednesday, according to Primary Children's Medical Center spokeswoman Kate Crawford. The parents of the boy found him about 7:45 p.m. in the bathtub "unresponsive and not breathing" and conducted CPR until emergency crews arrived, South Jordan police Sgt. Larimie Lancaster said.

The child was taken to Jordan Valley Medical Center then flown to Primary Children's Medical Center.

It is unclear what caused the child to end up under the water. There were no obvious signs of trauma or anything suspicious, police said.

"It just appears to be a tragic incident that occurred," Lancaster said.
