Springville Museum of Art to celebrate 88th Annual Spring Salon with live music

The Springville Museum of Art, on Saturday May 12, will celebrate what is called "Through the Looking Glass,"

On the bill are dining (from Magleby's), dancing, art and entertainment at the 88th Annual Spring Salon.

88!Performing music will be different performers located in different galleries of the museum. There will be smooth jazz music from Blue Sky Jazz, while across the museum, there will be Big Band favorites from Route 89. The vocal jazz group 6 Miles Ahead will serenade guests as they dine throughout the Museum.You can also bid on works of art donated by well-known Utah artists at the silent auction. A limited number of small original works of art by artists Kimball Warren, Jeff Decker, Gary Price, Jim Norton, Rob Coombs, Luke Frazier, Marty Ricks and others will be available for sale during the evening.Tickets for the annual fundraiser are now available at the museum Tuesday through Saturday for $35 in advance or $45 on the day of the ball.
