It's American Craft Beer Week — and Salt Lake City's Epic Brewing Co. is celebrating with a series of events.

• On Monday, May 14, starting at 5 p.m., the week kicks off with the Mini Epic Beer Festival, at The Bayou, 645 S. State St., Salt Lake City. Epic will offer a sampling of its beers, and the Bayou will provide its classic food. Tickets are $30 at The Bayou, and limited to only 60 people.

• Wednesday, May 16, at 7 p.m., is a re-release party for Epic's summer seasonal beer, Hop Syndrome Lager. The party is at Slackwater Pizzeria and Pub, 1895 Washington Blvd., Ogden.

• Thursday, May 17, at 6 p.m., the brewery will mark the second anniversary — and has invited Red Rock Brewing to join in the fun. The party happens at the Beerhive Pub, 128 S. Main St., Salt Lake City.

• Friday, May 18, at 4 p.m., the Epic staff will open up its Tap-less Tap Room for a celebration, with beer, food and prizes. That happens at the Epic Brewery, 825 S. State St., Salt Lake City.
