Make plans now to attend the "Food and Film" weekend that includes screenings of three food-centric films followed by special dinners at Park City restaurants.
All three movies will be shown in the Park City Library Auditorium, 1255 Park Ave. Tickets are $7 or $6 for students and seniors. Purchase them online at parkcityfilmseries.com.

Friday, June 1 at 7 p.m. • Watch "Julie & Julia," about the intertwined lives of culinary maven Julia Child and food blogger Julie Powell, (Meryl Streep and Amy Adams). Following the show, enjoy a four-course French dinner at Chez Betty, 1637 Short Line Drive. Dinner is $46 per person plus tax and 20 percent tip. Call 435-649-818 for reservations.
Saturday, June 2 at 7 p.m. • It's Italian night, with a screening of "Big Night," about two brothers (Stanley Tucci and Tony Shalhoub) who run a failing Italian restaurant. Afterward, there will be a special dinner at Buona Vita, 804 Main St. Dinner is $38 per person plus tax and 20 percent tip. Call 435-649-1336 for reservations.
Sunday, June 3 at 6 p.m. • The final movie is "Chocolat," about a woman (Juliette Binoche) opens a chocolate shop in a small French village. A bake sale that includes cupcakes, cookies, cakes and other confections made by local pastry chefs will take place after the credits roll. All proceeds will benefit Slow Food Park City.
