Gail Miller, owner of the Larry H. Miller group of companies, is engaged.

Miller will be marrying Kim R. Wilson, a shareholder in the law firm of Snow, Christensen & Martineau, P.C.. Wilson is also the founder and chairman of the board of the Mormon Historic Sites Foundation, according to a press statement.

Wilson and Miller are both widowed. Miller's husband, Larry, the prominent entrepreneur who owned the Utah Jazz, died in February 2009.

"On behalf of my brothers and sister, I am very proud of my mother for being an inspiration to all of us," said Greg Miller, CEO of the family business, in the release. "It is wonderful to see her take the opportunity to enjoy this happiness in life after losing my father to his prolonged battle with diabetes."

The couple say they plan to spend time with their families as well as their businesses. Gail Miller also administers the Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation.

"Our families have known each other for more than 15 years," said Miller in the release. "We share our neighborhood, church and many friends. I am very excited to embark on this next chapter in my life with someone that I know well, love and trust."

The wedding is planned sometime this summer.
