The Salt Lake Film Society celebrates independent movies from Mexico, with a two-night event Tuesday, June 19, and Wednesday, June 20, at the Broadway Centre Cinemas, 111 E. 300 South, Salt Lake City.

The Domino Mexican Independent Film Tour kicks off Tuesday at 7 p.m. with a collection of seven short films. One of them, "Juan y la Borrega," will be introduced in person by its director, J.
