City's wasting water

When used during hot daytime hours or windy days, sprinklers that spray water into the air waste a great deal of water.

This summer, the lawn sprinklers at the Murray City cemetery have frequently been on during the day, even during rainy and very windy days. I've called the mayor's office, but the sprinklers continue to run.

Maybe there is a good reason for what's going on, but it appears very wasteful.
