"The New Normal" - the gay-themed sitcom KSL is refusing to air - has found a home on local TV.

The NBC show will air Saturdays at 10 p.m. on KUCW-Ch. 30 beginning Sept. 15. That's four days after it will be seen nationally on the network.

And this will give Ch. 30 a two-hour KSL-castoff block on Saturday nights. "The New Normal" will be followed by NBC's "Saturday Night Live," which has aired on KUCW for years.

No word yet on what KSL will air in place of "The New Normal" on Tuesdays at 8:30 p.m. We do know that it won't be a local production ... so no more episodes of "We Are Utah."
