On Nov. 17, Eric Church will bring his arena headlining tour, "The Blood, Sweat & Beers Tour," to the Maverik Center.

The country star just revealed plans for an early 2013 live album release — his first-ever live album, to be recorded at back-to-back shows in Chattanooga, Tenn. at Tivoli Theatre on Oct. 8-9. In honor of the forthcoming release, Church wants to know what about his music first 'captured' his fans' attention and is hosting the "Captured" video contest, encouraging everyone to show him visually how his music has impacted them and why.

Folks can visit www.EricChurch.com to share the moment they first became enthralled with his music via video entry for a chance to win two tickets to the live album taping, a one-night hotel stay, and a VIP prize package including a meet and greet with Church. Videos must be submitted by Sept. 12. Church will announce his top 10 personal favorite videos on Sept. 17 before the polls open to fans for the final vote. The "Captured" grand prize winner will be announced Sept. 26.
