Dale Nichols: Transcending Regionalism
Recognized as one of the four major regionalist artists, Dale Nichols created artwork in the Midwest during the Great Depression, when he turned toward the local landscape in hope of creating a uniquely American art. "Dale Nichols: Transcending Regionalism" will showcase more than 20 paintings that span much of the artist's long career.
