Fort Collins, Colo. • Utah State bounced back from last week's loss to Wisconsin with a 31-19 win over Colorado State on Saturday night at Hughes Stadium.

The Aggies moved to 3-1 for the first time since 1978. It's USU's first nonconference road win since 2004.

Kerwynn Williams had a career-night, rushing for 205 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 21 carries. Utah State never was threatened, building a 17-0 lead and stretching it to as big as 31-12 in the fourth quarter.

The Aggies will return home next week to face UNLV, another Mountain West Conference foe.
