BYU's defense has not been scored on in its last two games, thanks to the play of safety Daniel Sorensen and others. The defense has not allowed a team to register more than 300 yards of offense in its last 11 games.
Friday's shutout of Hawaii was BYU's first shutout since a 52-0 win over Wyoming in 2009, and the first time Hawaii has been held scoreless since 1998.
