From time to time, we get a candidate in Utah who voters might want to further investigate.
The Latter-day Saint author and 2nd Congressional District Republican candidate Chris Stewart provides in the concluding volume of his epic series on the last days, The Great and Terrible, Vol. 6: Clear as the Moon, what one reviewer on Amazon.com called "an eerie review of how Satan and his minions may influence us in our decision-making and life directions."
Commenting on Stewart's apocalyptic description of the aftermath of an electromagnetic pulse strike, another wrote: "I'm taking stock of our storage of food, water, medicines and the means to protect ourselves and our neighborhood."
Why worry about the deficit if the latter days of America are so near? Does the word "nut" come to mind?
