London's calling, and the Sundance Institute is answering again.
Robert Redford's arts nonprofit, which held its inaugural Sundance London Film and Music Festival in April, will partner with AEG Europe to stage the event again in 2013 and 2014 at London's 02 Arena, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Sundance London will bring European premieres of U.S. independent films, along with musical acts and panel discussions – along with some surprises. This year's festival was highlighted with an appearance by Prince Charles, and a performance by Rufus and Martha Wainwright.
"The vibrant arts community in London has informed this decision [to return] as much as anything," Redford said in a statement. "Seeing what comes of nurturing a broader global community for new voices and varied perspectives in American independent film and music seems a worthy 21st century endeavor."
