At Cantina Southwestern Grill, the dish offers a flavorful middle ground between some of the restaurant's more commonplace and offbeat dishes. Two farm-fresh eggs come cooked to order atop warm corn tortillas, while on top there's a mild red ranchero sauce, plus your choice of two sides (Spanish rice, cilantro rice, refried beans or black beans). The addition of a roasted jalapeño is a nice bonus.
