Roy mom arrested for allegedly smoking meth in front of kids

A 30-year-old Roy woman is facing criminal charges after authorities say she used drugs in front of her three children.

The woman was charged in 2nd District Court with three counts of child endangerment, a third-degree felony.

The woman allegedly smoked methamphetamine in front of her children, according to Roy city police.

The Division of Child and Family Services was contacted after authorities say the Davis County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant at the woman's apartment at the Royal Inn, near 5200 South and 1900 West.
