I am proud to have Barack Obama as our president. I am also proud to have voted for Gov. Mitt Romney.

I voted for Romney because I believed he was best for the job. But as a whole, America decided Obama was the best.

Griping and complaining won't change the fact that Obama is our president. Now that the people have decided, it's time to embrace America's decision. The best way for us to move forward is together.

Partisan politics will not help us. The economy is struggling, health care still needs work, education needs improving and we need to step up as a world leader.

America needs citizens willing to look past their ideological differences and find a way to move forward. America needs leaders willing to do the same.

I hope our president comes through and lives up to what he promised. I hope the next four years really are our best yet. I trust that America is right, and that Barack Obama is the best man for the job.
