Part of the Utah Film Center's "Damn These Heels" year-round program. Screening starts at 7. Free (must be 21 or older).

• Genre-crossing cellist Ben Sollee performs at The State Room, 638 S. State St., Salt Lake City. Opening act: Luke Reynolds. Show starts at 8. Tickets are $18, at the venue's website.
