Just when you think "Twilight" mania is about to subside (with the release of "Breaking Dawn, Part 2," the last movie in the series), along comes Stephenie Meyer's next creation: "The Host."

A new trailer is out for the sci-fi/romance, due in theaters next March. It stars Saoirse Ronan ("Hanna," "Atonement") as Melanie, a teen who's resisting the infestation of an alien inside her, as she seeks the human boy (Max Irons, son of Jeremy) she loves.

"It's really awesome," Meyer said in a recent interview with The Salt Lake Tribune. "I'm really proud of what we've done.… Saoirse Ronan, she's going to be huge, obviously. She's so talented. She's just amazing in this. In 'Hanna,' you had the camera focused on her for a lot of the movie, which was really great. In this, she gets to own the camera. You just don't want to look away from her."
