Sacramento State, Utah's opponent on Friday night, will look to push the ball in transition.
The Hornets will also look for early offense. They will look to score and score frequently. They will look to turn their matchup with Utah into a track meet.
It's on the Utes to slow things down. Oh, Larry Krystkowiak wants to run and push the ball, for sure. But he also wants to execute in halfcourt sets, and take advantage of size.
"They are athletic and they are a good team," Krystkowiak said. "We have to find a way to deal with that."
The more stops Utah gets, the more the Utes can grind things on the offensive end. With a size advantage in the lane, the Utes will look to exploit that as much as possible.
