Having moved out of The Gateway in downtown Salt Lake City, the Apple Store held a grand opening at its new location at City Creek Center on Main Street at 10 a.m. Saturday.

The Apple Store at City Creek is one of two such electronics stores in Utah owned and operated by Apple. The other is at Fashion Place Mall in Murray. The stores sell Apple hardware and software, including the iPhone, iPad, iMac and MacBook Pro laptops. The Gateway store opened in November 2005 and broke its lease to move to City Creek.
