We have just witnessed a national reaffirmation of the first African American president, Barack Hussein Obama. Many think this is a momentous completion of a long and deeply significant circle in American history.
We are only halfway there.
When a Native American is elected president, we will have finally come full circle in completing a real and undeniable connection to the first peoples who established the original human roots of this country.
I nonsportingly say, "Go Utes!"
