Yesterday, in a well-known restaurant, I had to endure a customer speaking very loudly, laughing and giggling as she talked on her cellphone.

I suggest that when using a cellphone in a closed public place, specifically a restaurant, that people go outside to talk so that their conversation does not disturb others.
