ASCAP announces 18 artists for Sundance's Music Cafe

The line-up of performers for the 2013 Sundance Film Festival's ASCAP Music Cafe promises some dynamic music from the likes of Andrew Bird, Melanie Fiona and The Head and the Heart.

ASCAP today announced the list of performers for the Music Cafe, which is marking its 15th year. The cafe will be open starting at 2 p.m. each day during the festival, at the Rich Haines Gallery, 751 Main St., Park City. The cafe is open to all Festival credential holders over 21.

The line-up is largely young artists, but there are a few familiar faces for the old-timers: Singer-songwriter Dave Mason, and '80s soundtrack king Kenny Loggins (as part of the country-rock trio Blue Sky Riders).
