When Dick Clark launched his New Year's Eve franchise in 1974, Guy Lombardo still ruled the Dec. 31 airwaves. When he passed away earlier this year, Clark was as much an institution for this show as he was for "American Bandstand." ABC remembers his career in "New Year's Rockin' Eve Celebrate Dick Clark," a two-hour retrospective.
