Product • Dream On Me Bath Seats, sold at small retail stores and online retailers, including Amazon.com and Wayfair.com, from July 2012 through September 2012 for $25 to $40.
Problem • The bath seats fail to meet federal safety standards, including the requirements for stability. Specifically, the bath seats can tip over, posing a risk of drowning to babies. Consumers should stop using the recalled bath seats immediately. Dream On Me is offering a free replacement bathtub to consumers. Problem • The engine belt idler pulley bolt could loosen and break over time. If the engine belt idler pulley bolt breaks, the vehicle may unexpectedly lose power-assisted steering, increasing the risk of a crash.
