Josh Gad ("The Book of Mormon") is creator, executive producer, writer and star NBC's presidential sitcom "1600 Penn," in which he plays the commander-in-chief's idiot son. The sitcom doesn't get off to a great start, but the next couple of episodes show a marked improvement. This isn't highbrow comedy, but it does have moments that are laugh-out-loud funny.
