The newest dining option in Salt Lake City is Caterina, a French-themed restaurant that opened last week in Sugar House. This restaurant, named after Caterina de Medici, is located inside the old U.S. Post Office on Highland Drive. The executive chef is Jean-Louis Montecot, who previously owned the Jean Louis restaurant in Park City. Caterina's menu features soups, salads, entrees and desserts made with fresh ingredients and classic French preparations. Entrees are priced from $18-$22. Besides the main dining area, Caterina has an area for large groups, and will offer patio seating in the summer.
