Ogden police have identified the body of a woman found dead by a work crew as Lori Dixon, who had been missing for more than two months.

A crew picking up wood and debris near 20th Street and Wall Avenue discovered Dixon's body on Dec. 21, The Standard-Examiner of Ogdenreported.

It's not clear how Dixon died, although Ogden police Lt. Tim Scott told the newspaper foul play is not suspected.

An autopsy was to be conducted by the state medical examiner's office, Scott said.

Dixon was last seen on Oct. 15 leaving her apartment, 525 Park Ave., after an argument with her adult daughter. Her daughter told police that Dixon left home without her cell phone or purse.

Officers from Ogden and the Weber County sheriff's officers conducted several unsuccessful searches for Dixon after she was reported missing
