Tattling in secret

The thing that most irked me about the Jordan school board first canceling and then revising a too-suggestive high school musical was that the decision was made in secret, prompted by one anonymous "community member."

Those involved in the play should have been able to discus the issue with the board before a decision was made.

And what's up with anonymous tattling? It's an American principle to confront your accusers. If you aren't willing to stand behind your complaint, it shouldn't hold much weight.
