A piece of the 2013 Sundance Film Festival may be coming to a planetarium near you.

Fourteen planetariums (planetaria?) have signed up to screen "Coral: Rekindling Venus," a full-dome film and augmented reality presentation that's playing in Sundance's New Frontier section.

The film, by Australian media artist Lynette Wallworth, shows the mysteries of fluorescent coral reefs off the coasts of Australia, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia.

For festivalgoers in Utah, "Coral: Rekindling Venus" will screen several times a day at the New Frontier exhibition in Park City (at The Yard, on Kearns Blvd.), and will screen on Jan. 19, 22 and 26 at the Clark Planetarium at The Gateway, in downtown Salt Lake City. (Tickets for the Park City and Salt Lake City screenings will be available through the festival box office.)

In addition, the movie will screen between Jan. 19 and 26 at the following locations:

• Albuquerque, N.Mex. — New Mexico Museum of Natural History

• Anchorage, Alaska — Planetarium & Visualization Theatre, University of Alaska, Anchorage

• Arlington, Texas — Arlington Planetarium, University of Texas

• Baltimore — Maryland Science Center - Davis Planetarium

• Bradenton, Fla. — Bishop Planetarium, South Florida Museum

• Chicago — Adler Planetarium

• Honolulu — Bishop Museum

• Houston — Burke Baker Planetarium

• Hilo, Hawaii — Imiloa Astronomy Centre

• Killeen, Texas — Mayborn Planetarium and Space Theatre, Central Texas College

• New York — Hayden Planetarium

• Portsmouth, Ohio — Clark Planetarium, Shawnee State University

• Washington, D.C. — Albert Einstein Planetarium, Smithsonian Institute (in the Air and Space Museum)
