Re "No food, no booze: Liquor cops mean it" (Tribune, Jan. 10):
I have no concerns that my safety may be in jeopardy from fellow restaurant patrons sipping an alcoholic drink while deciding what food to order. I do have concerns about how many of my fellow restaurant patrons may be packing heat.
Yet Utah Lawmakers find it more responsible to allow concealed weapons in schools, malls, playgrounds, restaurants, etc., than to allow the serving of a single alcoholic beverage without food.
Priorities are skewed!
