GPS Capital Markets Ltd., a foreign exchange brokerage firm, said it has opened an office in London that will serve as its European headquarters.

Founded in 2002, GPS has grown into one of the U.S.'s leading independent providers of foreign exchange management services to businesses with international operations or supplier networks.

"With our unique blend of FX hedging, payment processing, exposure management and treasury management services, we help companies reduce risk and strategically navigate through volatile foreign exchange challenges," Jason Langston, GPS's managing partner, said in a statement announcing the opening of the London office.

He said with new office GPS will be better situated to help its clients in the European Union strengthen their position in the market.

In addition to its new London office, GPS has offices in Salt lake City, Boston, Phoenix, Los Angeles and Dallas.
